The backbone of our fabrication shop is our "Advanced Cutting System" which utilizes a 5' x 10' table with a plasma cutting head. After in-putting our parts into the database, the software nests each part on to the sheet to minimize metal loss, then cuts out each piece traveling at speeds up to 450-500 inches per minute. This machine's capabilities are endless. We have contracted Applied Engineering of Bismarck to input specialty items that are not in our factory database. This means that many objects may be drawn and then cut on this table.
If you have an item or just an idea you need fabricated, please feel free to stop in and visit our friendly staff and fabrication shop. Our shop hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are always welcome.
