This is an area of our business that continues to grow with every customer that has us fabricate custom sheet metal items. After in-putting our parts into the database, the software nests each part on to the sheet to minimize metal loss, then cuts out each piece traveling at speeds up to 450-500 inches per minute. This machine's capabilities are endless. We have contracted Applied Engineering of Bismarck to input specialty items that are not in our factory database. This means that many objects may be drawn and then cut on this table.
